Details: This is a great opportunity to have some personal training and really come out of your comfort zone once a week. No matter if you have a triathlon, endurance race, 4,6,8,10,12 week training program or you are at a basic fitness level with no plan in place, this will be for you also. People run this clean fatigue (No weight) and loaded (With weight) and we look at each person individually to help them progress towards running with weight. We have people who have just started fitness and increased their running up to about 10km that turn up and run clean fatigue, we have people wanting a hard session a week to increase their capacity for their rugby or football season, we have people that are wanting to get their Paras10 time down to below 1:20, we have people wanting to participate in the Fan Dance Race Series with Avalanche Endurance Events and Endurance races across the globe. If you want it to be-It can be an extremely demanding evening for two hours. I push a hard pace with weight but always keeping as a group, so you don’t have to worry about being left behind. We complete weighted and none weighted hill repetitions and tempo style runs during the session which allows new people with less capacity to sit out and work towards incorporating them clean fatigue before starting to increase the weight they carry. Its a great progressive training evening. The area is an extensive undulating wooded area, lots of inclines and declines and if you want to set yourself apart from the rest then this is the place you need to be. No one leaves these evenings wanting more! Its not for the faint hearted and it will push you a great deal, but at the same time, if you are just getting into running the start point of none weighted makes it a lot more achievable as some will be carrying 50lb and others no weight at all. Come and join an already established weekly training session. The benefits of personal training can never be underestimated.
